Q - Will I need to rent an instrument?

A - In some cases a rental will be necessary. Most of our classes last roughly an hour in length. We suggest that you have an instrument at home to reinforce the exercises that were learned in class.  DO NOT BUY AN INSTRUMENT UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THAT THIS IS THE INSTRUMENT YOU WISH TO PLAY! We CANNOT stress this point enough...

Q - Do you offer instrument rentals?

A - Yes we do! Call us for more information @ 416 900-4321.

Q - Can I pay by the individual class?

A - Unfortunately we do not take payments for individual classes. We have a few different payment options for you to choose from. Payment arrangements can be made in advance by speaking to an administrator or the Program Director.

Q - What if I miss a class? Am I entitled to a refund?

A - We strongly urge you to attend all classes. Your payment towards the class is a COMMITTMENT. WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES. We do realize however that life happens and there are situations beyond our control. In EXTREME cases, a make up class may be scheduled (at the discretion of the Program Director) at a later date.
